ivibe for GPL with the NEWER (and final?) MOD MANAGER!
Hello everyone, I am pleased to release an update to the GPL ivibe module with a more improved Mod Manager!
Just use your auto-update function to get at least the TFS Control Panel v2.54 (if you don't already have it) and the v2.21 intelliVIBE Module for GPL. The new Mod Manager is very powerful and simple to use and will now auto-detect when you run any GPL mod. You can add or remove any mod at any time, either before, during, or after running the mod or intelliVIBE, and in any order. intelliVIBE will automatically go live with the mod whether it is currently running or the next time you run the mod. To make this work with all the mods you use for GPL, intelliVIBE must know all the mods you are running. To make this easy and save you from adding some mods yourself, you can click on the attached "ivibe_GPL_Mods.reg" registry key, and you will see: ![]() Click "Run" and it will register the following mods: (If you don't have those mods installed, don't worry, if it doesn't find a particular mod it will ignore that entry -- or you can read further and add them manually) C:\SIERRA\gpl\GPLc65.exe (1965 mod) C:\SIERRA\gpl\gplbtz.exe (Thundercars mod) C:\SIERRA\gpl\gpl.exe (original exe) C:\Program Files\GPL 2004 DEMO\gpl.exe (2004 demo exe) To add your own mods, you must load any TFS file that is for GPL, and then go to: "Settings, intelliVIBE, Mods, Manage Mods" ![]() That will display the "GPL Mod Manager" where you will see the list of mods that have been added already: ![]() To add a mod, click on the "Add Mod" button and then browse to the path and EXE that is the GPL mod that you want to add. That mod will be added to your mod list and and will immediately make that mod ivibe compatible, so you will not have to exit and re-run the TFS Control Panel. If a mod is running, ivibe will immedaitely go live when the mod is added. So, you can add the mod to the list at any time, either before, during, or after any mod is running. If a Mod is NOT in the "List of Added GPL Mods (EXEs)" then ivibe will not find it. To remove a mod from the list, just highlight the mod you wish to remove and click "Remove Mod". Now, whenever you run any registered Mod for GPL, it will automatically load the ivibe module for GPL and will load the default file for ivibe GPL. You can then use "File... Open" to change your TFS files. I will await reports and any questions on this new feature! I remain on stand by to be of any assistance you may need! |

Re: ivibe for GPL with the new MOD HANDLER!
Hi Craig !
Awesome news !!!! Had some trouble updating everything , but it seems to be fine now . I'm not sure why it was giving me grief , maybe a glitch because my McAfee was running . The mod list is there now , and the GPL.tfs loads up perfectly . Switching back and forth from the F1C.tfs and GPL.tfs does not cause any problems . ![]() Looking forward to the F1C mod switching function ! I'll try and find some time today to test the GPL mods out . We have a fella coming over to check our roof , so I'm kinda busy until he's come and gone . Thanks for the update mate ![]() SC |

Re: ivibe for GPL with the new MOD HANDLER!
Craig , for some reason , my F1C.tfs files won't ignite when I launch F1C now . I tested GPL and all is fine , switching from the 65 mod to the 67 was painless and worked perfectly , but I then opened my F1C.tfs and went to do some laps , and there was no FF . I tried shutting things down etc , still no response . Any advice ?
I've noticed you've updated the specific TFS file description window with a scroller hehe , great idea , I alway's thought about asking you about that but again your ahead of the game . ![]() SC |

Re: ivibe for GPL with the new MOD HANDLER!
It's possible the mod handler in the TFS CP is causing trouble with F1C. Don't worry, we'll have the F1C mod handler in place ASAP! *Then* I'll get to the flight sims!!!
F1C still works for me here. What I do is run the TFS CP, run F1C, then open a F1C.tfs file. If ivibe doesn't go live with the sim, then I use File... Close and then re-load an F1C.tfs file. That pops it into place for me. But again the mod handler with deal with all this, and any "registered" F1C mod will be autodetected. Hang in there buddy, I am on your side and will be working on it ASAP! ![]() |

Re: ivibe for GPL with the new MOD HANDLER!
Glad it helped you. We'll have that F1C mod handler soon.
Once we get it working smoothly (that is, the mod handlers for GPL and F1C) I'll start putting some posts here and there on other driving sim forums to spread the word a bit... still we want to keep publicity somewhat low but we'll stir the pot just a little bit! ![]() |

Re: ivibe for GPL with the new MOD HANDLER!
No problem guys. Glad to get it done, believe me. Now we can port it to F1C (hopefully out tomorrow by this time) and then I'm on the flight sims full time
![]() Maybe you guys can spread the word a bit in some GPL forums that you frequent. As for me I'm not yet in "let's get publicity" mode. More info on that soon of course! |

Many people start with a bottled sauce and doctor it up. mmonice sell AOC Gold You can cut the thickness (bottled sauces are usually too thick) and boost the spice fairly easily. My favorite bottled sauce is Maull's, out of St. Louis, and here are some ideas on how to doctor it. Start by simmering a bottle of sauce over low heat. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cider vinegar or rice vinegar. Or put in the same amount of beer.AOC power leveling A lot of people use Pepsi, which gives a sweet, caramel flavor. Add a tablespoon of granulated or fresh garlic. Throw in a little chili powder for an outdoorsy quality. Maybe add a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.Age of Conan Gold A tablespoon of butter or prepared mustard tastes good, too. And you'd be surprised by how many sauces have a little chocolate in them. Buy AOC Gold
