Enough a;ready with car sims..where is the helo tab?

Craig
Im so glad you seem to have gotten the issues resolved pertaining to your business issues..but for more then a year I have and many others here have been making do with the existing options for planks and using it for helicopters in flight simulator.
This was brought up a few times by a select few here and mentioned also by yourself about coming out with a tab specificaly for us.
Im seeing these threads and it seems the car sims seem to be getting all of your attention. The flight sim group just sits idle with no conversation or hope.
So whats coming next?

Re: Enough a;ready with car sims..where is the helo tab?

Funny you should ask

At this very moment we are about to start putting together the GUI for the TFS3 Control Panel. There are no more intellivibe modules, and there *WILL* be a "helicopter" listed in the settings under "Settings... intelliVIBE..." Basically all vehicle types will be built into the one control panel.

Very good things are in the works even as I type this. I hope to post more soon after we log a few days coding!!! Hang in there, all issues from the past will be made obsolete

That sounds like a retrograde step. Are you no longer going to take physics data from a game to provide stimulus input for the motors?

Re: Enough a;ready with car sims..where is the helo tab?

Apologies for any confusion... Please let me rephrase:

All functionality from any and every intellivibe module will already be inside the one single application

There will be no need to load or swap any intellivibe modules. There will be only one application to keep track of and update. It's a really good advance in the whole means of operating the TFS, and beyond that, there's much more coming in the next release.

It will all make sense soon. Did that help to clear things up just a bit in the meanwhile? Retrograde steps are expressly prohibited here

Will there will be a provision in the new software for the universal ivibe module Craig? More features perhaps?
